Louise Hutton and Rosanna Foskett act for the Joint Administrators of LBHI2 in the Supreme Court Lehman Waterfall I litigation; judgment handed down today.

Louise Hutton and Rosanna Foskett appeared for the joint administrators of LBHI2 in the important Lehman Brothers: Waterfall I litigation, which concerned a number of complex and novel matters of insolvency and company law, arising out of the collapse into administration in 2008 of the Lehman Brothers group and the fact that LBIE, the group’s main trading company in Europe, has now been able to pay all its unsecured creditors in full leaving a substantial surplus in the administration. The Supreme Court handed down judgment on 17 May 2017.
