A $350 million worldwide freezing order, imposed in a battle between two Russian businessmen over one of the world’s largest fishing companies, will be discharged.

Carr J found the applicant to have acted in reckless disregard for his duty of full and frank disclosure, and determined that there was no real risk of dissipation. Christopher Pymont QC, George Hayman QC, Benjamin John and James Kinman appeared for the successful respondent.
