Maitland Chambers is delighted to welcome Tim Calland, Rebecca Page and Olivier Kalfon to its Chambers.

Tim has a commercial chancery practice embracing all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency; company and partnership law; real property; landlord and tenant including business and residential tenancies; commercial litigation; banking litigation including guarantees, secured lending and receivership; and professional negligence in all those related practice areas including claims against solicitors, surveyors, insolvency practitioners and accounts.

Rebecca specialises in commercial/chancery litigation with a particular emphasis on insolvency matters and company disputes (including shareholder remedies and directors duties). She is also experienced in property litigation and professional negligence matters, particularly where there is a property, insolvency or company law element.

Olivier specialises in the fields of insolvency and restructuring, banking and finance, commercial dispute resolution and company law. His practice areas also include property, professional negligence (in the areas of his practice, including claims against solicitors, insolvency practitioners and accountants), civil fraud and insurance. Olivier has offshore legal experience and was admitted to the Bar in the Cayman Islands in 2006.
