Catherine Addy was a member of the Committee that was consulted upon and approved The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 which were published and laid before parliament on Wednesday, 26 October (for implementation in April 2017).

Catherine was reappointed to the Insolvency Rules Committee in May and will serve as an additional barrister member for 3 years, remaining in post until 29 March 2019.
