Maitland is delighted to welcome Professor Charles Mitchell KC (Hon) FBA as an Associate Member.

Charles is a Professor of Law at UCL. He is well-known as one of the leading academic specialists in fields in which members of Maitland practice. His many contributions include recent editions of Goff and Jones on Unjust Enrichment and Underhill and Hayton: Law Relating to Trusts and Trustees. He is particularly interested in the interface between the academic study and practical application of law.
