Watson Pringle, instructed by Sarah Rees and Conor Daly of Blake Morgan LLP, acted for Bidzina Ivanishvili, the former Prime Minister of Georgia, in his successful challenge to the English Court’s jurisdiction in relation to a claim brought against him and others by Zaza Okuashvili based on allegations of conspiracy, intimidation and extortion in connection with large Georgian car and tobacco businesses.
