The Members, Clerks and Staff were saddened to hear of the passing of His Honour Nigel Hague QC. Nigel was a member of 9 Old Square, before its merger with Maitland Chambers, and a well-respected circuit judge. Many in the residential property world will have known of him as the eponymous author of the original editions of Hague on Leasehold Enfranchisement. He will be remembered fondly by all those who knew him personally.
