Judgment has been handed down in Prochazka v Prochazka. Edward Meuli acted for the Second Defendant successfully defending a claim brought against family members for a declaration of co-ownership of a portfolio of London properties based on a common intention constructive trust alternatively resulting trust. HHJ Johns KC gave oral judgment dismissing the claims on 17 July 2024 in the County Court at Central London.
