Darragh Connell, instructed by Howes Percival LLP, successfully obtained an income payments order in the high profile bankruptcy of Katie Price.

The Order was made by the Insolvency and Companies Court pursuant to section 310 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Four companies are required to pay a proportion of Ms Price’s income directly to her joint trustees in bankruptcy.

In addition, an income payments order was made against Ms Price in similar terms to a prior income payments agreement on which Ms Price had defaulted.
