Darragh Connell, instructed by Howes Percival, appeared on behalf of the trustee in bankruptcy of Ms Katie Price, at a hearing on 30 July 2024 at which the Insolvency and Companies Court issued a warrant for the arrest of Ms Price to secure her attendance for public examination.

At the same hearing, the court made significant orders granting the trustee’s separate applications for the delivery up by Ms Price of six vehicles and to further vary an income payments order pursuant to sections 310 and 335(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
