Anna Lintner joins Maitland


Maitland is delighted to welcome Anna Lintner to Chambers.

Anna was called to the Bar in 2009 and has a strong commercial chancery practice with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation and arbitration, civil fraud, banking and finance, insolvency, and company law. She is highly ranked in the legal directories for her commercial chancery practice.

Anna has particular expertise in disputes arising at the intersection between her disciplines, such as banking or civil fraud matters involving an insolvency aspect. Anna has considerable courtroom experience and is highly regarded for her engaging advocacy style and robust cross-examination skills, often appearing against significantly more senior opponents including silks. Anna is on the Attorney General’s B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown and is regularly instructed on behalf of Government departments, the Insolvency Service and HMRC.
