Andrew Walker KC has presented James Mitchell with a red bag in appreciation of his work in the case of South Tees Development Corporation & Anor v PD Teesport Ltd [2023] EWHC 2787 (Ch), [2024] EWHC 214 (Ch), [2024] EWHC 842 (Ch).
