Timothy Harry appeared with Ben Elliott of Pump Court Tax Chambers on a successful application to discharge an order obtained by HMRC appointing provisional liquidators and to strike out a winding up petition.

They have also appeared in the Court of Appeal (23 July 2023) to resist an appeal by HMRC against an order requiring HMRC to give a cross-undertaking in damages.
