The 20th Edition of Lewin on Trusts, of which Thomas Fletcher is an editor, was published on 31 March 2020.

The new edition has been extensively re-organised and expanded into two volumes, including new commentary on trusts and divorce, the regulation of trusts and insolvent trusts. It takes into account both decisions in England and Wales plus those across the Commonwealth from the Cayman Islands to Australia and New Zealand.
