Facts

The manner in which votes were cast for or against an extraordinary resolution at a meeting of creditors was not confidential vis-a-vis the principal debtors who were convenors of the meeting. Plaintiffs' application for injunctions against the defendants in the 1st action from disclosing to the Central Bank of Nigeria, defendants in the 2nd action the manner in which votes were cast at a meeting of holders of the Central Bank's promissory notes, denied & action struck out as disclosing no cause of action.
