Charles Mitchell is a Professor of Law at University College London.
He teaches courses on Trusts, International and Commercial Trusts, Unjust Enrichment and Commercial Remedies. His research interests also lie in these fields and his recent publications include Goff and Jones on Unjust Enrichment (10th edn, 2022) (with Paul Mitchell and Stephen Watterson) and Underhill and Hayton: Law Relating to Trusts and Trustees (20th edn, 2022) (with Paul Matthews, Jonathan Harris and Sinéad Agnew).
