Darragh Connell successfully obtains anti suit injunction to restrain multi million dollar US proceedings

Darragh Connell was instructed by Cooke Young & Keidan LLP in respect of an urgent Part 8 claim issued in the High Court (Chancery Division) to restrain proceedings commenced in the State of Utah seeking US$ 4.8 million.
